I need a health report for my student residence permit. Where and how do I get it?

The report comes from a state hospital or an authorised laboratory and must not be older than 2 months. Students upload it to the student permit portal; if you don't have one, you can get it done at the laboratory the system shows you. If the results come in a sealed envelope, don't open it.
